First, operation and maintenance
1. The correct adjustment method of the sand belt:
As shown in the picture:
It is imperative to use a caliper to measure the exact distance between the adjustment wheel and the driving wheel. The tightening wheel must be adjusted to be 5-10 mm smaller than the size of the workpiece. For instance, when polishing a 30 mm workpiece, set the sand belt to 20-25 mm for optimal results.
2. Foot switch wiring and use:
Ensure all wiring is connected according to the corresponding colors. The foot switch serves a crucial function: during normal machine operation, stepping on the switch will halt the machine, and releasing it will restart the machine.
3. Frequency conversion governor:
This machine is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing you to select the optimal speed tailored for different workpieces.
4. Precautions:
When the machine is idle, lowering the workpiece for polishing may cause the sand belt to fracture. Always use the foot switch to stop the machine before positioning the workpiece for rotational polishing. Ensure the sand belt is symmetrically parallel for superior polishing results.
