This mobile dry pulse bag dust collector consists of upper box, lower box, pulse cleaning system, electric control system, dust removal fan and air outlet, specially developed for industrial workshop dust treatment. 
When dusty air enters the machine, large particles fall into the ash hopper via inertial collision and natural sedimentation. Fine dust is trapped on the outer surface of water & oil repellent needle felt filter bags, while purified air passes through the bags and exhausted by the fan. As dust accumulates on filter bags, equipment resistance rises. The system automatically starts pulse cleaning at preset intervals: 0.5–0.8MPa compressed air instantaneously blows off caked dust into the ash hopper, which can be cleaned manually for continuous operation. 
Equipped with 4kW fan and 40 sets Φ135×1000mm heat-resistant filter bags (max temp ≤120℃), the machine achieves 99.9% high dust removal efficiency, with outlet emission concentration stably below 20mg/Nm³, fully complying with environmental protection standards. Built-in sound insulation silencer keeps operating noise ≤75dB to improve workshop working conditions. 
Compact movable design with casters takes little floor space and easy to transfer. Full dry filtration process produces no wastewater and avoids secondary pollution. The system runs stably with wear parts service life over 2 years, and the whole machine design life exceeds 15 years. Custom dust hoods, special filter bags and silencers are available for different working conditions, widely applied in metal grinding, cutting, polishing, woodworking and chemical powder workshops.
