This tapping special power head is designed for batch thread machining of fixed products. Driven by an ordinary 3-phase asynchronous motor with precision gear and screw transmission, it features low noise, stable operation and high thread machining precision. It supports fixed speed and fixed pitch tapping, suitable for automation equipment retrofitting and special machine integration, and can be used with multi-spindle heads for simultaneous multi-hole tapping to greatly improve efficiency. Widely used in tapping processes for zinc alloy bathroom handles, valves, hardware accessories and other industries, it is an efficient solution for batch thread machining in bathroom hardware, auto parts and other fields.
