This pneumatic hydraulic flat jaw vise is a quick-clamping machine tool fixture designed specifically for CNC machining applications, widely compatible with CNC machining centers, milling machines, drilling machines, boring machines, and more, making it an ideal tool for mass production and automation upgrades.
Featuring pneumatic drive, it eliminates manual screw-tightening—workpiece clamping and release are completed with a single action, boosting machining efficiency by over 80% compared to traditional manual vises. It significantly reduces operator fatigue and injury risks, while delivering positioning accuracy of 0.01~0.02mm with minimal flatness, parallelism, and perpendicularity errors, ensuring consistent precision for high-quality machining results.
The vise body is integrally cast from ductile iron, offering excellent impact and deformation resistance with no loosening under long-term high-intensity use, outlasting ordinary cast iron vises. Jaw widths of 130/135mm are available, with a maximum opening size up to 153mm to accommodate various workpiece sizes. Installation is simple via bolt mounting on the machine table, no additional modifications required, perfectly suited for CNC equipment upgrades in factories across Southeast Asia.
