Function overview

- The four-axis CNC functions are: all four axes can drill, tap, mill, and silver the ball screw feed. It is equipped with a 5.5KW servo main motor to realize the rigid tapping of the system. It comes with a frequency converter and can be stepless. Speed regulation also ensures processing accuracy.

1. When performing pitch error detection, the straightness of the linear guide rail in the xx and yy directions can be detected at the same time to ensure the processing and assembly accuracy of each machine tool component. The actual positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy of the machine tool were measured.
