Function overview

1. HUST CNC system; touch screen human-machine interface, friendly dialogue, intuitive programming and easy operation. Ordinary people can learn it quickly.
2.  The four-axis CNC functions are: all four axes can drill, tap, mill, and silver the ball screw feed. It is equipped with a 5.5KW servo main motor to realize the rigid tapping of the system. It comes with a frequency converter and can be stepless. Speed regulation also ensures processing accuracy.
3.  Pneumatic components imported from South Korea.
4. The worktable is high-frequency quenched and ground, with high wear resistance, and equipped with a silver ball screw, which can achieve heavy-duty cutting

Quality assurance

1. When performing pitch error detection, the straightness of the linear guide rail in the xx and yy directions can be detected at the same time to ensure the processing and assembly accuracy of each machine tool component. The actual positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy of the machine tool were measured.
2. The whole machine detects the verticality of the spindle and the accuracy of the working plane, and it is required to be within 0.03mm.
3. The whole machine detects the perpendicularity between the z-axis guide rail and the work, and it is required to ensure that it is within 0.03mm.
4. The whole machine detects the verticality of the xy-axis guide rail, and the accuracy is required to be within 0.01mm.
