I.Equipment description and picturesYueli produces the turret drilling and tapping center ZSK580 with high-speed rigid tapping, high precision and high efficiency.
1. The spindle motor and spindle are directly driven to reduce errors in high-speed tapping. The high output force characteristics can be greatly utilized in machining and heavy-duty cutting;
2. Mechanical tool change greatly increases the speed of tool change. Taiwan's Edraw CNC system realizes synchronization of tool change and workpiece positioning.
3. The machine tool has a large inclined chip removal angle and automatic chip rolling to effectively improve the chip removal effect. At the same time, the machine tool quickly cleans the chips and speeds up the return speed of the cutting fluid;
4. By loading a high-speed PLC engine, the response speed is improved, the cycle is shortened, the processing detail parameters are optimized, and the smoothness of the feed is improved. The improved processing edge/surface effect does not require subsequent processing.
