Vertical turret drilling and tapping machine ZSK-512

Yueli produces turret drilling and tapping center ZSK580 with high-speed rigid tapping, high precision and high efficiency.

1. The spindle motor and the spindle are directly driven to reduce the error of high-speed tapping, and the characteristics of high output force can be greatly utilized in machining and heavy-duty cutting.
2. Mechanical tool change greatly increases the speed of tool change. Taiwan Hust CNC system realizes simultaneous tool change and workpiece positioning.
3. The machine tool has a large inclined chip removal angle, and the automatic chip volume effectively improves the chip removal effect. At the same time, the machine tool quickly flushes the chips and speeds up the return speed of the cutting fluid.
4. By loading a high-speed PLC engine, the response speed is improved, the cycle is shortened, the parameters of the processing details are optimized, and the smoothness of the feed is improved. The improved edge/surface effect does not need to be arranged for subsequent processing.
