1.Overall layout of machine tool
Different from the existing engraving and milling machines on the market, YL-2008 adopts a vertical machining center bed structure and is integrally cast. The machine head moves up and down through sliding rails on the herringbone column. The worktable part adopts a cross sliding table structure to realize the Y two-coordinate movement on the plane. The whole rigidity is stronger and the stability is better.
2.Drag system

The three-axis ground rail adopts imported rolling linear guides, which have low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, low-speed no creep, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improve the accuracy and precision stability of the machine tool.
3.Spindle group

The spindle system of the machine tool adopts high-speed scholar-type electric spindle, the maximum speed is 24000 rpm, and the bearing adopts the special NSK P-class spindle. After the whole set of spindle is assembled under the constant temperature condition, it has passed the dynamic balance correction and running-in test to improve The service life and reliability of the whole spindle.
