Installation Instructions

RV63 reducer is one of the models in the RV reducer series of worm gear reducers. It consists of a worm and a worm wheel. It has a compact structure, a large transmission ratio, and a transmission mechanism with a self-locking function under certain conditions. It is one of the most commonly used reducers.

RV63 reducer, based on the national standard GBl0085-88 cylindrical worm gear parameters, absorbs the most advanced technology at home and abroad, has a unique and novel "square box" appearance structure, and the box body is beautiful. It is made of high-quality aluminum alloy die-casting and has the following advantages:

Features

1. Smooth transmission, low vibration, impact and noise, large reduction ratio, wide versatility, and can be used with various mechanical equipment.
2. A large transmission ratio can be obtained with a single-stage transmission, and the structure is compact. Most models of reducers have good self-locking properties, and can save braking devices for mechanical equipment with braking requirements.
3. The meshing friction loss between the worm screw and the worm wheel tooth surface is large, so the transmission efficiency is lower than that of the gear, and it is easy to heat up and the temperature is high.
4. The requirements for lubrication and cooling are higher.
5. Good compatibility, worm gears are manufactured according to national standards, and bearings, oil seals, etc. are all standard parts.
6. The box type has basic type (the box is a vertical or horizontal structure with a foot plate) and universal type (the box is a rectangular parallelepiped, with fixing screw holes on many sides, without a foot plate or with a separate foot plate and other structural types)
7. The input shaft connection method has two types: basic type (single input shaft and double input shaft) and with motor flange.
8. The output and input shaft positions are: input shaft at the bottom and at the top; output shaft at the top and at the bottom; input shaft at the top and at the bottom.
9. The RV63 reducer can be combined with 2 or 3 other RV series reducers to form a multi-stage reducer to obtain a very large transmission ratio.

Two-stage worm reducer
Combined with a single-stage worm reducer, it has all the advantages of a single-stage worm reducer and obtains a large transmission ratio.
Commonly used two-stage combination models are: 25/30, 25/40, 30/40, 30/50, 30/63, 40/75, 40/90, 50/110, 63/130, 63/150. If the user has special requirements, 25, 30, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 130, 150 can be selected as combination units according to actual needs.
